Artist, Nicole Heitzman, enjoys watching and photographing elk whenever possible. They are such an impressive animal with their bugling display. Nicole just can’t get enough of witnessing these guys in the wild. There’s just something about them that is extra majestic. They are in their prime in the fall of the year when the colors are extra dramatic.
Fall is also elk hunting season. As a hunter there’s that dream hunt where you trek far, work hard & pray that you have the opportunity to experience.
