Artist, Nicole Heitzman, painted this elk scene from inspirations of photographing and exploring elk country. This is a painting that Nicole incorporated a very unique view. It’s rare, but there’s a time in the fall where you can catch the glow of the sunset while witnessing a vibrant full moon rise. In most cases you hear it referred to as the “Harvest Moon”. It lines up with not only the farming harvest, but it also lines up with elk season which results in a different kind of harvest view! That abundance of bright moonlight early in the evening adds some amazing lighting to a bugling Bull in the back country as he releases his “Last Call”!

The image itself is 18” wide by 24” high and is a Limited Edition Canvas Giclee print. There are 300 prints in the edition. It comes with the Hemlock Black Frame pictured. (While supplies last).
